Download file and input all guest names for name cards, addressing invitations and menus (where you want name added).

Download to input in guest names and table numbers where you want these arranged alphabetical.

DESIGNS

All available designs can be viewed below.

TIMEFRAMES

  • We require all information 4 weeks prior to event date to ensure enough time for design, any amendments and printing. If information is not supplied by this time, please talk to us about ‘rush service’.

  • We require our standard 50% non-refundable deposit (or if under $200, full payment) for all stationery and signage before we start the design process. For orders under $200, we require full payment prior.

DESIGN PROCESS 

  • Once we receive all information, you will receive your digital design proof(s) within 7 workings days.

  • Once you have confirmed your proof(s), these will be ready in 10 working days.



DESIGN INCLUSIONS

  • You will receive one digital proof, based of your specifications given.

  • You can change the background and text colours only. The layout, fonts and tag lines can not be changed.

  • Pricing includes 1 revision after the initial proof.

  • Any additional revisions from here are charged at $60 per proof.

  • Please make sure you proof read wording and check spellings of names prior to submitting to us.


DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

  • Your stationery and signage can be collected from us in Christchurch, or alongside your hire order.

  • If you prefer it to be couriered, delivery times are 1 - 4 days with Courier Post.
