CONSULTATIONS

If you are wanting specific questions answered, some direction forward and help naviagting your ideas then the best option would be to book in a consultation with one of our stylists.

These are one-on-one meeting, and offer a different level of service than whether you were to pop in and chat to us in our showroom.

We do work through some detail during your consulation, so we ask if you can please come with imagedry, a good idea of your budget, guest/table numbers and any information you may deem important so you can get the very most out of your consultation.

We will provide suggestions on the best way to achieve the look you’re wanting, keeping in mind the budget you have to work with. We love getting to know you, chatting about your venue and tying together all the different elements into one cohesive theme.

Styled Set-up

You are wanting us to style your big day! This includes providing hire items and set-up. We can also provide all florals (ceremony, reception and bridal party florals), and pack-down and this is something we can discuss at your consultation.

Our quotes are valid for 7 days, so it is important clients are at this stage of their planning and wanting to finalise their styling and secure our services for their big day.

We provide a complimtary consultation free where a set-up is required, and you can book this in here: (note, if no set-up is booked in our typical $99 consultation fee is payable for this service).

Styling Advice (no set-up required)

You are planning on setting up yourself but need advice on overall styling, cohesiveness and would like to discuss mechanics of how to bring it altogether on the day.

These consultations are perfect to discuss how to dress your arch, getting the most out of your hire and florals and working out how many of certain items you may require (e.g. table runners, candle holders and so forth). All the hard work is taken onboard for you, and after our consultation you will be sent a full quote of all hire items discussed, included total quantities you would require to create your overall vision.

This service provides fantastic value, and we highly recommend this for clients requiring a higher level of assistance.

Our consultations are booked in for 60 minutes, and are $99 incl GST. Please send us a message to book this in.

Of course! The majority of our customers find popping in or browsing online works the best for them!

How long is the consultation?

All consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes. We often have back-to-back appointments and we please ask for you to be on time as we can’t run over the allotted time.

How much is a consultation?

What do I need to bring, and what should I expect?

When booking a consultation, you are asked some general questions including budget. If you’d like to provide more detail, please email us this, and including a link to your Pinterest Board is also very helpful. This gives us a great starting point, and means we can be better prepared and make the most from your consultation.

Your consultation is held at our showroom where we discuss the styling elements of your day, aswell as some logistics and you can view hire items.

For styled set-up consultations you will be sent an overview of what we discussed and a full quote following your consultation. Your quote is valid for 7 days.
