Our curated designs were introduced to streamlining the decision-making process - keeping it super simple for you to have beautiful, functional designs for your wedding and events.

Collections mean having a cohesive design throughout your event, with the ability to choose elements to make them your own!

For all signage and stationery orders there is a minimum order of $160.

PROCESS

  • Send us o message or add signage items to your wishlist alongside any hire items. We need to to know what items you are wantyng (e.g. Welcome Sign, Seating Plan, Name Cards).

    To confirm your boowing, a 30% non refundable booking fee os requirek to reserve these services.

    We recommend booking in your spot no later than 3 months out to make sure we have availability.

  • Fill out all details on the signage form at minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event date (6 weeks if over Christmas/New Year).

  • Our designer will then create your proofs. Pricing includes 2 proofs, any additional changes required will be added to your invoice.

    Design timeline is 2 weeks.

  • Once confirmed, we will have all signage and stationery printed. If you have opted for delivery we will get this to you, otherwise it will be ready to collect along with your hire booking (or before if you prefer).

    Production timeline is 2 weeks.

INCLUSIONS

  • Colours and text can be changed for all of out Collections. If you’d like a custom designed collection, please let us know what you’re wanting and we can quote for this.

  • Total of two digital proofs based of your specifications given. Additional proofs will be charged on your invoice at $60 excl GST.

  • Please make sure you proofread wording and check spellings of names prior to submitting to us - what you supply to us is what is used and any corrections are considered amendments.

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

  • Your stationery and signage can be collected from us in Christchurch, or alongside your hire order.

  • If you prefer it to be couriered, delivery times are 1 - 4 days with Courier Post and we can advise cost for this.

    You just need to meet the minimums for signage and stationery.

    We courier all of our signage and stationery throughout New Zealand.

  • Yes you can.
    Just let us know what you’re wanting and we will let you know additional costs for this.

  • No we don’t.
    Acrylic is often expensive and often not re-used.
    For this reason, it doesn’t align with our sustainability practices.

    All of our palight signage which makes its way back to us is re-used for packaging of our hire products.

  • Yes, all of our designs are made to fit our signage stands.
    You can view these here, and add these to your booking, along with any hanging straps.

    If you are using your own signage stand, please let us know the dimensions of the signage you require to fit these (not the stand).
    There will be a small additional charge for re-designing these to fit.
