We don’t believe in vague promises or bare-minimum support. Our coordination packages are built to actually remove the mental load - not add to it.

Wedding coordination (also called 'on-the-day coordination’ is for the ultra-organised couple who’s done all the planning, created their runsheet, and just wants a calm, capable team to take over on the day. On the day, we manage the timeline, vendors, and guest flow so everything runs exactly as you envisioned - while you focus on sipping champagne, not checking your phone.

  • 1x Final Planning Consult (1 hr)

  • Full Coordination Questionnaire + Runsheet Review

  • Rehearsal Attendance (up to 2 hrs)

  • 8 hours of on-the-day coordination

  • Vendor liaison + guest flow management

  • Emergency fixers (buttonholes, bottles of water, vendor hiccups - handled)

Month Of Wedding Coordination

Perfect for couples who want to side stepf that 4-weeks-out foggy brain era.

Month-Of Coordination is for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want expert support to tie it all together in the final stretch. Before the day, we’ll create your runsheet, confirm timings, liaise with vendors, and handle all the nitty-gritty logistics leading up to the day—so nothing gets missed. We are then on-site on your day making sure it all runs seamlessly.

Includes everything in our ‘Wedding Coordination’ package plus -

  • 1x Planning Consult (1 hr)

  • Vendor logistics + contact taken over 6 weeks out

  • Full runsheet creation + vendor distribution

  • Final confirmation of all timings, dietary needs, setups & plans

  • If you want to be at your wedding rather than run it, then yes. Booking vendors is just one part. Ensuring they show up, set up correctly, and work in harmony? That’s where we come in.

  • That’s exactly why we’re there. We solve problems before you even know they’ve happened - from late deliveries to groomsmen missing buttonholes. You stay in the moment; we handle the mess.

  • We take over vendor communication 4–6 weeks out with our Month-of package, and confirm final timings with On-the-Day. You’re no longer the go-between.

  • We love working alongside venue teams - but we focus on you, not the room.

  • Ideally 6–10 months out to secure your date, but we’ve done magic with shorter lead times too. If your gut says “I don’t want to manage this alone,” let’s chat.
