Stick to similar colours for everyone.

We find neutrals work really well for a polished look, e.g. white, beige/brown or even denim can work nicely aswell.

We kindly ask that you present right on time, and not early for your session time.

We do back to back sessions, which means if you are early it encroaches on another session and we want to make sure families don’t feel rushed or awkward so they get the most from their mini shoot.

As soon as it’s your session time - please make your way to the warehouse and we will start right away.

Please arrive on time, and no earlier than 5 mins early. Children tend to get a bit restless waiting for their turn and we want the best outcome for your photos! We run on time, and while 10 mins doesn't sound long - we can assure you it is plenty of time.

Once you arrive, if you are a little early there will just be some time waiting until your turn.

Kirsten will greet you, and then can start snapping away. You are most welcome to do different combinations for your photos - in fact we insist! This can look like single photos of the children, the children together, the entire family together, parents only, turns with one parent and the children. Whatever your family looks like, and what you're comfortable with you can switch this up so you can get multiple different photos.

Once your session is over, Kirsten will be editing and send galleries out. Please allow 10 working days for your gallery to be delivered. Your session fee includes 3 photos, and you can then choose others for $15 each. In the gallery you simply 'favourite' these and send Kirsten an email to let her know you've made your selections. If you have additional photos you've purchased you will receive an invoice from The Little Hire Company. Once payment has been made, your photos will be released to download within 4 working days.

We work as fast as we can - so the sooner you choose your images, the sooner we can get them to you.

SESSION TIME

We have back to back sessions and it can be uncomfortable having others watch on, waiting for their session so we ask for you to please be right on time, and not too early.
You’ll have plenty of time during your session to get the combinations of your photos.

10 WORKING DAYS

Kirsten will edit your gallery and email this to you within 10 working days.

Unless you haven’t received these by the end of that time period, we do ask for you to please not email as it really slows down the entire process. We are fairly punctual, so if you haven’t received your gallery email - please check your junkmail/spam/other folders before emailing us.

PAYING FOR ADDITIONAL IMAGES

If you have more than 3 images, you'll receive an online invoice for the additional images which is due within 3 days.

IMAGES RELEASE

Your chosen images will be released to you within 4 working days of either notification of your selected 3 images, or payment where you’ve chosen additional images.

We work as fast as we can, and images are released on a first in, first served. If you are wanting them quickly please select your images and pay for any additional images ASAP.

We work with up to 80 families, so please be patient as we work through every session and get these out to you. We understand you’re excited to receive your photos, but we are inundated with emails each year and this unfortunately slows the entire process down.

If you are going to be late, as long as you are still within your 10 minute allotted time we will be able to continue with the time left of your session.

If you will miss your session for any reason, unfortunately these are non-refundable. Our sessions are booked back to back so we recommend making sure you allow plenty of time for parking.

Your session cost covers the studio set, photography and 3 high-res photos.

Additional photos are $15 each.

No special request editing is included (e.g. removal of scratches, face touch-ups, glare on glasses etc). While this is something you can discuss with Kirsten, they are charged separately at standard editing rates.

Yes you can - as long as there is availability and it is done 4 days prior.

We can’t do this for you. Any changes must be done by you, via the Fresha app or website, or using the link ‘Manage appointment’ in your booking email to reschedule.

If an error or unavailability occurs, this is showing there is either no availability, or you are past the cut-off time to make changes.
