There wasn’t a strict brief, just a clear ask: “We need cocktail furniture, a bar, and a red carpet... but it needs to feel right.”


Challenge: No Brief, Big Expectations

The direction was minimal - but the expectations were not. With a premium guest list and a stunning new space, the pressure was on to deliver a refined experience that flowed well and felt cohesive. On top of that, the event had to be postponed by a week due to an unexpected funeral - which could have caused scheduling chaos.

But this is exactly the kind of challenge our team is built for.


Solution: Strategic Styling That Let the Space Shine

Our approach to event styling is always editorial meets intentional. We delivered:

  • A sleek service bar, styled and stationed beside one of the Lexus models to maximise guest flow and create a natural gathering point.

  • Carefully selected cocktail furniture placed across both levels, providing functional comfort that enhanced - rather than distracted from - the architecture.

  • Our signature light orbs, which added a soft glow and a modern design edge to both floors.

  • And yes, that bold red carpet moment - rolled out just in time to shield guests from the wet autumn evening and to mark a grand entrance into the new space.

Everything was installed and packed down with precision. No fluff. No confusion. Just well-executed, design-led event styling that looked and felt intentional.
