How to Make a Booking

Watch our online tutorial on how to navigate our website and make an online booking below. Our booking system should work on any browser, including mobile devices.

If for any reason you are unsuccessful in booking online, please send us an email with the items you would like to book along with your name, address, phone number, pick-up and return dates.



  • Browse through our online catalogue.

  • Select the start date and end date from the calendar at the top - the start date being the date you’d like to collect your booking, and end date being the date you’d like to return your order.

  • Hire bookings are all for 4 days and will automatically default to this when selecting your start date. Note orders can't be collected or returned during weekends or public holidays. Where there is a public holiday, please select the next working day for return. If you do require items for an extended amount of time (e.g. for out-of-town events) please select this and we will email you a quote for the extended hire period.

  • Select Book now on the item you want.

  • A pop-up will appear, enter the total amount you want to book.

  • Click Continue.

  • You will be taken to a Booking Page. To add additional items, click on the button at the top + Add to Booking.

  • Continue to browse through and select items to add to your booking as above.

  • Note when browsing other sub-categories the start and end dates may default back and you will need to select the correct dates you require your items for.

  • When you have finished adding your last item you will be bought back to the Booking Page, fill out all your details, read through the Terms and Conditions and click Continue.


  • You will be sent a confirmation email from our booking system - please check your junkmail if this doesn’t come through within 5 minutes.

  • Check through your booking, all looks correct? Then make your deposit to confirm. This is either $50 or 50% of the total hire booking (whatever is greater). No booking is confirmed until a deposit is paid.

  • Once your deposit is received you will receive an email confirming your booking. If no deposit is received within 7 days your booking will automatically be cancelled.

  • The balance of your booking before pick-up. Please note no bookings are released without full payment and this must be via direct debit prior to collection.

  • Your order is due back no later than the date shown on your booking end date, between opening hours only. We strictly do not allow collections or returns on weekends.

  • Please note any specific cleaning requirements for any items you may be hiring (these can be found in your Terms and Conditions).
